Busy days here, getting Robin and Jesse and all their belongings rounded up, packed, sold, repacked and ready to head south. Phoenix Joe and Briana are growing like crazy and getting all excited about warmer temperatures. Many hugs to loved ones and friends, their Jimmy truck loaded inside and out, my little Toyota loaded trunk and back seat. And away we go, down the road, for new adventures along the way. Had fun going through Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia. Stopped in Atlanta at the Varsity and called my Momma's, they both met us at Grandma Ollie's house. Of course, we brought them a chili dog from the Varisty! haha Had a wonderful visit with them both, they got to play with their oldest and youngest GREAT grandbabies, lots of photo's and we couldn't sleep, got a couple of hours worth, up and away we go. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Made it to the Florida line, had to stop and take photo's and get maps and information. Raining like crazy pretty much all the way here, the sun started coming out by the time we got to Tampa. It sure has warmed up! WOW...we're in the 70's by the time we see the blue water of Clearwater Beach! YIPPEE...found the motel that Ben and Brian are staying at. So glad to be here, still feel like I'm riding as I'm walking around! Long trip, but lots of fun! All busy house hunting, going to the beach, checking out all the beautiful flowers and trees that are already in bloom. Wonderful libraries, the main one has a great view of the ocean and the new bridge that is being built. Trying out the local restaurants and seafood.

One last hot Krispy Kreme before we go! Marty and I are heading back to Missouri. Waved as we drove thru the Atlanta area in the middle of the night. Love to all, but we gotta go. Several rest stops on the way, weather is nicer this time through. Much easier with 3 drivers than 2. Not feeling too good with all this driving, got back to Missouri and there's no place like home. Getting busy here with getting things settled out, good visits with Ray and Sarah, lots of love to share. Still cold in Missouri, but the woodstove sure does feel good. Strange to go from the air conditioner back to the woodstove! I showed the pictures of all the impatients and marigolds in bloom and the beautiful trees that I don't know their names, yet, in bloom. All is still wintertime in Mid-Missouri, but everyone is looking forward to a beautiful spring.

What do you call your anniversary when it's no longer your anniversary?? A day of remembering, a day of love, a day to never forget you, dear Darlin'. Thanks for the 27 years of love and sweet memories, 4 great children that I know we both are so very proud of and many good friends and good times. It's nice to remember only the good times now, that helps a lot.
